RevitalMed No Show/Cancellation/Late policy

Please note there is a $50 No show/Late cancellation fee for failure to contact the office for a missed pre-paid/pre-scheduled treatment that is not a consultation. You must give at least a 24-hour notice prior to your original appointment time to avoid this fee. There are no exceptions. We have a no-tolerance policy towards this due to reserving the treatment room and staff for that specific time. No show/ Cancellation fees must be paid to move forward with future treatments and booked appointments. There is a 15-minute grace period for each appointment time. Please contact the office to determine if you can be accommodated for arrival times after 15 minutes. Staff will notify you if your appointment time needs to be rescheduled.

RevitalMed Refund Policy

Prepaid treatments are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value. A refund will be issued only if a doctor’s notice is provided that the respective guests’ medical history or new diagnosis is contraindicated for that pre-paid treatment.

Due to limited consultation slots per day, there is a $50 consultation fee to schedule an appointment for all treatments excluding IV Vitamin treatments and vitamin booster shots. This fee will apply to your final treatment price and refunded if you choose not to move forward after your consultation.
