  • JUVÉDERM ULTRA PLUS ® XC- This versatile filler option treats similar areas as JUVÉDERM® XC but adds increased volume to fill areas with deeper creases. This product lasts 6-18 months
  • JUVÉDERM VOLUMA® XC- VOLUMA provides a subtle lift that helps restore volume and add contour the mid-face. Clinical trials show VOLUMA results can last up to 24 months.

Is JUVÉDERM® safe?
Juvéderm® is a gel-like substance made of hyaluronic acid, a substance that naturally exists in the body and provides suppleness and moisture to skin. There are minimal risks associated with dermal fillers like Juvéderm® when performed by a trained medical practitioner.
How old must I be to qualify for a JUVDERM® treatment?
RevitalMed treats guests 21 and older.
How much does JUVÉDERM® cost?
JUVÉDERM® is priced per syringe. The number of syringes needed will be determined between the medical practitioner and patient in their consultation.
How many treatments do I need?
Treatment number depends on your desired results. More than one session is needed if the areas to be treated requires increased volume. If new to lip fillers, it’s best to gradually enhance the lips. A series of 2 or 3 appointments can create results that are both subtle and noticeable.
What should I do to prepare for my treatment?
You’ll want to schedule your treatment at least two weeks before any major events. Avoid blood thinners and topical products such as Tretinoin (Retin-A), Retinol, Retinoids, Glycolic Acid, or any “anti-aging” products 48 hours prior to treatment. Do not drink alcoholic beverages 24 hours prior to treatment. Avoid waxing, bleaching, tweezing, or using hair removal cream on the area to be treated.
What can I expect during my treatment session?
Your JUVÉDERM® session will last approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Your JUVÉDERM® injection will feel like slight pricks and pressure when molding the area. Dermal fillers are minimally invasive treatments that require little to no downtime, although there may be some swelling or bruising that resolves on its own.
Will the treatment hurt?
Because dermal fillers are mixed with lidocaine, the injections are of minimal discomfort. However, some patients still ask for a topical anesthetic which will be provided to all RevitalMed guests prior to treatment.
What if I don’t like the results?
With dermal filler, results can be reversed using an enzyme called hyaluronidase to break up the particles and accelerate the rate at which the fillers break down. Swelling and bruising are common after treatment and can last up to two weeks, so we always ask guests with concerns related to swelling to allow the swelling to decrease and the product to fully settle in the area.
Can I kiss after getting lip fillers?
Its best to avoid passionate kisses for 24-48 hours while the product is still molding to the treatment area. Avoid manipulating the lips by pressing them close together and using straws for 48 hours after treatment.
